VANGUARD provides a warranty on all in-house equipment and supports the product from handover until the end of the warranty period.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly
  • Electronics failures under normal operation
  • Factory defects of the housing and connectors

What the warranty does not cover

  • Mechanical damage, impacts, moisture ingress beyond the ingress-protection (IP) rating
  • Consequences of incorrect power connection or use not as intended
  • Self-repair or tampering with the product's construction
  • Natural wear of power elements (batteries) and consumables

How to make a warranty claim

Write to us via the form or a manager — specify the model and serial number.

Describe the fault

Briefly describe the problem; add a photo or video if possible.

Get a solution

We will arrange diagnostics, repair or replacement under the warranty.
